Refund Policy


1. Refund Eligibility

We strive to provide high-quality Amazon product research services. If you are not satisfied with the work delivered, we do offer refunds under certain conditions. Clients must provide a valid reason outlining why the research does not meet their expectations.

2. Order Cancellation

Clients can cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. After this period, cancellations may not be possible as work on the project may have already begun.

3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the transaction.

Any Transaction fees that were cut during receiving and sending back the payment will not be covered by the service provider.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in cases where:

    • The research has been delivered as per the agreed scope.
    • The client fails to provide necessary details for the research.
    • The dissatisfaction is based on personal preference rather than factual errors.
